老外想敲诈我的域名？

   前段时间购买了一个域名，是一个老外的名字全称和职业组成的。前两天突然来邮件说要收回这个域名。因为已经做了二个多月。PR也有4了。当然不愿意免费给他，就有了以下的斗法，总的来说。还没有结束，但是我也已经有了很多让步：）

下面是邮件来往，不过已经有二天没有回音了。我已经将博客给挂了个声明，声明与此人无关。这最上面是我的回信：

Again, I agree with part of your point of view. I do not insist to keep this domain name to myself, but raise the price.based on my below reasons
I spent a lot of time seeking high-quality domain name, and doing registration. (Obviously, you make this into a quality domain name) and then promotion. As for the domain name, PR4, (not to say that you let him to this level. It may be true, but you give up.), if I passed the link to sell, I earn ten to twenty U.S. dollars per month or more. For AMAZON , I can obtain by ten to twenty U.S. dollars. Google adsense brings income, too. Even if I can get into the flippa.com , as PR4 blog, it brings in hundreds of dollars in revenue.
If I transfer it to you, I will lose it all, not just the registration fee of ten dollars as you mentioned. You gave up this domain name, I promoted it and then got a better value. Why do I get less than a hundred dollars?
I would like to lower my prices to deal with this domain name, and invite you to consider the above factors, I am not raising unreasonable prices.
This is really a waste of time for you and me. Let’s seal the deal with a reasonable price.

I understand.  I never said that the domain still belongs to me.  I only said that you are trading on my name, as if your domain was JustinTimberlakeonSinging.com.

To recap:

My offer to you, to pay you something closer to my number (under $100) to leave the domain name to me, is presently unacceptable to you.

You insist that for such a transaction, you require something closer to your number (near $1,000).

As an alternative, you are willing to change the theme of the page to something other than mediation, so that those who go there looking for me do not think that they could possibly be reading my blog.

Frankly, I'm not comfortable with a blog with my name in the title being about something over which I have no control.  You could make it a porn site, and if it's called LeeJayBermanOnMediation, people might think I put it up.  So the idea of taking control of it is still preferable to me.  The name means nothing to you – you don't even know me or anything much about mediation.  Wouldn't you rather call it BestCameraBlog.com or something?  The only traffic you are getting is people coming to the site looking for me.  In 2-3 months, your traffic will die off as people see that it is an impostor site and stop going there.

I have made you an offer.  You have not responded with a reply.  You are trying to hold me hostage for nearly $1,000 to buy back my own name.  I don't think ICANN will favorably support such action. Still, I am willing to be reasonable with you, if you are willing.

Please try to work this out with me.  You strike me as a sophisticated web person who probably controls a couple of hundred domains.  You don't really need the one with my name in the title to make your business.  Let's be civil about this.  But as you say, let's get this done.  Otherwise, I'll have my assistant file a complaint and I won't spend any more time on this.
